Contract law is legally binding agreement between two or more parties where an item or service of value is offered. The contract holds certain terms and conditions in which both parties must abide by once the contract has been agreed upon. A Contract has six main elements to make it legal and binding. Additionally each of these elements comes with certain rules which must be followed in order for that element to be present in a contract.
